• Select "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu.
• Click on the plus (+) to the left of "Advanced".
• Click on "Cookies" from the list of options beneath Advanced.
• On the right, select "enable all cookies"
• Next, select "Cache" under "Advanced" menu.
• Under "Compare the page in the cache to the page on network:", select the option "Every time I view the page."
• Click "OK" to accept these changes, then try again.

Netscape 6.x has many useful features for dealing with cookies, including the ability to control how cookies are set and modified on a site-by-site and cookie-by-cookie basis.
